A stage version of Svoboda Bachvarova’s novella – the much-loved story on a theatre stage for the first time. I wrote the music for this production. Stefan Milkov, Lyubomir Neykov and Silvia Petkova guest with the company, and the band Django Ze plays in the show.

Script and brief

It all starts with the text. I go through every scene and mark where tension builds and where the music needs to speak.

Composition

I develop the themes with the director's feedback. Each cue is written to fit the blocking and the staging.

Delivery

I deliver the final cues as high-quality WAV files, labelled and ready for your theatre's playback system. Stems are included too.

Ideally, at the same time as your set designer. A 4–6 week window before technical rehearsals is workable for most shows.
Yes. Every cue comes in a loopable version, so your sound operator can make it longer or shorter live.
Both. I can work with live musicians or use orchestral sample libraries together with my own sound design.
Full ownership transfers to the production upon final payment for use in revivals and promotional material.
Yes. Spatial audio design is available for 360° environments and object-based setups in black box theatre.
