At Anomaly Circles, I respect your privacy and protect your personal data. This policy explains how I look after your data when you visit this website, and what your rights are. I follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you use the contact form or write to me about a project, I usually collect:

• Identity Data: First name, last name, or similar alias.
• Contact Data: Email address and telephone numbers.
• Project Data: Information about your project, unreleased audio files, stems and project details. Everything unreleased that you send me stays strictly confidential.
• Email for the free guide: When you ask for the Ableton Lab guide or test, I receive your email and the date you confirmed it.

I only use your personal data when the law allows it. Most often I use it:

• To prepare or carry out the agreement between us (for example a quote for brand sound, music for a play, or feedback on a mix).
• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To keep the audio files you send me safe.
• To give you access to the free guide. First I ask you to confirm your email. After that I write to you about new chapters and the course, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

This website uses cookies to tell visitors apart. This helps me understand how people use the site.

• Essential Cookies: Needed for the website to work, for example basic page navigation.
• Analytical Cookies: Let me count visitors and see how they use the site.

Some data passes through services that help me run the site:

• Formspree: delivers the messages from the forms on the site and the answers from the test to my email.
• Brevo: keeps the emails of people who asked for the free guide, sends the confirmation email and the news about new chapters.
• WhatsApp: messages and your number pass through WhatsApp (Meta); I use them only to reply.
• Google Analytics: visit statistics, only if you accept cookies.
• Cloudflare: hosts this website, the free Ableton Lab guide and the test.

I work with unreleased music every day, so confidentiality matters to me. I take care that your personal data and your projects are not lost, misused or seen by anyone who should not see them. I do not share them with anyone except the services listed above.

Under data protection laws, you have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, and transfer of data.
