Phase 01
The idea
I start with what matters most: your idea. First I build a solid groove and the emotional core of the song, long before any effects.
I DON'T JUST STACK LOOPS.
I BUILD THE WHOLE TRACK.
The biggest mistake is relying only on software. I don't just line up beats. I build a track with space and feel, something your listeners notice even if they can't name it.
I make sure every part has room to breathe. The kick punches, the sub holds the track together and the vocal sits clearly in the centre.
Phase 02
The arrangement
This is where the track comes alive. I write the basslines and synth parts, and I place every sound in the stereo field so the track has depth.
Phase 03
Mix and master
Finally I mix and master the track with Universal Audio plugins. You get a finished master, ready for Spotify and Apple Music.
